We are recruiting a Customer Account Lead to join our customer team for Rolls‑Royce Submarines based in Derby. As a Customer Strategy Lead within our Submarines Business, you will work as part of the Customer Team, reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager. You will source and analyse market data, customer intelligence and strategic stakeholder management to support driving business direction and activity with reasoned insights and recommendations (nationally and internationally). You will use the wider team’s knowledge of customers, potential competitors, the changing technology landscape and our capability, to direct intelligence gathering and analytical activity. You will produce key account plans, stakeholder engagement plans and reports for general consumption to inform a wide range of business activities as well as providing bespoke and focused analysis to support decision making and strategic positioning.

What You Will Be Doing
- Source and analyse market intelligence and data (customer, competitor, technology and policy landscape)
- Maintain a good understanding of the product portfolio and capabilities of the Rolls‑Royce Submarines business to inform analysis
- Conduct analysis on market data, intelligence and policy to provide the business with reasoned insights and recommendations
