Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Programme Manager to join as maternity cover on the GCAP Programme. You will set the tone, direction and rules describing how the GCAP Programme will work with international partners and run from a day-to-day behavioural perspective including International Ways of Working (IWOW).
Responsibilities
- Enable the implementation of the consortium at the lowest risk to RR by aligning partner and collaboration behaviours and processes and integrating IWOW concepts into the consortium document landscape;
- Create understanding between partners on differences in national and organisational behaviours and approaches and provide robust behavioural guidance and examples for all participants in the consortium;
- Include learning from other WoW approaches in other GCAP partners, and use this to explore best practice and improvement opportunities for the international collaboration;
- Assess customer expectations of the IWOW and challenging them where necessary, promoting and incorporating consistent and collaboratively developed \’ways of working\’ into the customer WoW with us.
- Solving problems and developing innovative solutions across functionally, hierarchically and organisationally mixed teams.
- Simplifying complex, and often abstract, concepts for different audiences.
- Implementing practices which are novel to ourselves and our partners.
- Working with external companies, noting differences in language, organisations and culture.
- Influencing and negotiating without control.
- Persuading stakeholders to deliver top down and bottom up change to deliver the best outcomes for the GCAP Programme.
