When you join Rolls‑Royce as a Business Development Lead, you’ll support across Submarines and Civil Nuclear energy. You’ll play a pivotal role in pursuing and winning new business, developing best‑practice approaches, and ensuring collaboration across Strategy, Customer, Government Relations, Technical, and Commercial teams. As a Business Development Lead, you will be supported by internal teams across Strategy, Customer, Government Relations, Technical, and Commercial functions to ensure you have the insight, tools, and guidance needed to succeed. You will coordinate activities across the business development lifecycle, supporting campaigns from early solution development through to bid and client engagement.
With this opportunity, you will get a chance to:
- Support business development lifecycle activities, from opportunity identification to capture planning and bid development.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to develop strategic campaigns and pursue opportunities across Defence and Civil Nuclear sectors.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment, process compliance, and effective delivery of business development initiatives.
- Create compelling internal and external presentations, proposals, and materials that communicate Rolls‑Royce’s value propositions.
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to embed best practices across the business development function.
