Business Administrator (Data and Reporting) – Submarines is a full‑time role at the Faslane site supporting the Services Team. The role drives operational efficiency, business performance, and data‑driven decision making across engineering and project management teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Analysing and reporting on performance, finding trends, identifying risks and opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and introduce digital solutions
- Developing financial models to support decision making
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Supporting business continuity activities and planning processes
- Supporting resourcing strategy
Position / Qualifications
- Experience compiling monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- IT analytical and reporting capabilities
- Capable stakeholder management skills
