An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Programme Manager to join the EJ200 Programme team. You will be joining the programme as we grow, both in new engine deliveries and in our customer support for our global customers. In this role you will be able to make a difference by managing key contracts that deliver critical support and manage projects that enhance our product for improved business and customer outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing key contracts with accountability for customer and business outcomes, including financial
  • Manage key customer relationships
  • Leading and managing key projects that deliver defined benefits
  • Interface with the Eurojet consortium and our partners, influencing and leading to deliver overall consortium performance that meets the needs of RR and our customers
  • Work across the enterprise and consortium to identify and take action to resolve key bottlenecks preventing performance and key outcomes

Position qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving operational and/or contract performance
  • Strong skills in customer management and understanding
  • Project management skills, with experience of delivering complex projects to time, cost and quality

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience of regulated contracts
  • Financial management including long term contract reviews, business evaluations and contract reporting
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement
