Address the challenges of a diverse portfolio of products and services while enhancing business growth through development of current programs and products, thus placing key emphasis on the robust program management of all Adour activities with our customers. The Program Manager position is central to the success of the Defence Services business, providing leadership, ability to influence business strategy and focused program direction. All aspects of the program involve complex planning and financial management associated with a variety of services.

What you will be doing:

  • Financial accountability for the assigned program, including the Program Management of development activities, product supply and fulfilling contractual deliverable requirements.
  • Customer interface for the assigned program including leadership on addressing issues, customer concerns and implementing associated solutions.
  • Utilizing the defined program governance structure and Program Management Principles and Tools, determine program performance against agreed KPI's in line with the Defence Services scorecard.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities through creation of solutions to current and future customer requirements.

Position qualifications:

  • Experience in the governance and management of programs with increasing levels of complexity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cultural awareness skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across a range of levels, both internally and externally.
  • Led complex projects in more than one context, domain or sector across a program lifecycle.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, adversity and overcome challenges in a demanding environment.
