We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Foundry Operative based in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- Building a variety of wax pattern assemblies, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, etc.
- Operating Muller-Phipps machines injecting a variety of parts.
- Dewaxing coated assemblies and wrapping prior to cast.
- Working in process cell, operating a variety of machines such as cut-off, grind, retech, knock-out.
- Polishing & inspecting to size using inspection tooling.
- Working to written and illustrated technique sheets.
- Working to quality procedures.
- Implementing improvement activities.
