The Senior Vice President (SVP) Partners is responsible for leading and optimizing strategic partnership relationships with Rolls-Royce's largest suppliers and partner ecosystems. The role drives value creation, ensures long-term operational alignment, mitigates risks, and secures favorable commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing RRSP relationships and joint operations agreements.
- Drive financial optimisation, cost efficiency and revenue growth while ensuring strong contractual compliance.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks in long-term partner agreements.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms and risk-sharing agreements.
- Foster innovation and operational improvements within partner ecosystems.
- Implement lifecycle-cost optimisation initiatives to enhance ROI.
- Establish performance‑management frameworks to monitor partner compliance and continuous improvement.
