Rolls-Royce is seeking a Value Engineer in Derby to support design, manufacturing, procurement and services.

You will partner with a global team to identify cost drivers, develop cost estimates and lead cost-out initiatives across the life cycle of aerospace components.

The role involves collaboration with commercial and technical teams, applying manufacturing insights to influence supplier negotiations and improve time-based machining and cost metrics.

Strong English communication is essential.
