Now that we reached this pivotal point in our growth and development we need to hire a Plant Delivery Mobilisation Manager to co-ordinate and deliver mobilisation and readiness activities for a defined Sub-Area within the Plant Delivery organisation. Specifically this will involve:

Establishing and delivering mobilisation processes and readiness activities for your area

Ensuring that governance requirements and delivery methodologies are effectively implemented, embedded, followed and improved
-
Creating and owning detailed delivery plans, actions, risks and readiness metrics.

Co-ordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations teams

Proactively identifying, tracking and managing tisks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
We seek an thorough, proactive and resilient professional who will have had exposure in regulated or safety‑critical environments (as you would expect nuclear "know-how" will be of of great interest to us, whilst those from defence, aerospace and energy sectors may all have transferable capability). We will need your application to showcase your experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Mobilisation, industrialisation, operations, programme delivery, operational readiness and/or new product introduction activities, ideally in a complex engineering environment

The co-ordination of complex work activities, schedules, risks, dependencies and stakeholder actions and meeting delivery objectives

The applicatin established business processes, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives

Location & Ways of Working
This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard, with regular supplier travel required. Some international travel may also be required depending on supplier activity. In return we offer:

A salary between £63,700 and £78,750 depending on experience
