RR SMR is recruiting for two exciting Supply Chain Manager positions — one focused on the UK market, and the other on Emerging Markets. These roles are key to delivering strategic supply chain leadership, driving operational efficiency, and supporting our continued growth across diverse regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations within your designated market (UK or Emerging Markets).
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals and market demands.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term value.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers and commercial partners.
- Provide effective account management, ensuring customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, commercial, and operational teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- For Emerging Markets: navigate complex international supply chains, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances.

Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £57,600 - £75,600 DOE plus:-
- Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
- Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
