Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to enhance our supplier quality performance. You will report to the Senior Supply Chain Development Manager and lead quality improvements, supplier audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions while coaching suppliers for capability advancement.
The role requires experience in regulated or safety-critical environments and the ability to influence and develop supplier quality systems across multiple sites, with hybrid working.
