Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Manager – Scope and Requirements to join our PMO, reporting to the Head of Integrated Programme Controls.

This role is hybrid from Derby, Manchester or Warrington.

You will lead and continuously improve our scope and requirements management framework across projects, programmes and portfolio activities, establishing traceability between requirements, scope and baselines to support effective programme control.
