Our mission is to deliver clean, affordable energy for all. Our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) provides a British solution to a global energy crisis. We are in pole position to become a world leader in SMRs and the UK’s premier green export technology.
Requirements:
- Informing design and decision reviews of components, systems and layouts to ensure we can support through-life operation and maintenance, including into the decommissioning phase of the lifecycle of our SMR.
- Identifying the skill types, roles and numbers of staff required for successful through-life operation.
- Informing the development of Operating Conditions and Limits for normal and faulted operation.
- Defining how our power station operates through all modes (power and shutdown) and states (normal, abnormal, faulted, emergency).
- Generating and obtaining data to develop a through-life cost model, considering the cost of, for example, staffing, spare parts, maintenance.
