Our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) programme provides a British solution to the global energy crisis — an innovative, low‑carbon technology designed to help secure energy independence and support the journey to Net Zero. We are proud to be at the forefront of the UK’s emerging SMR sector and are on track to become a world leader in SMRs and the UK’s premier green‑export technology.
You will join our Integrated Product Support (IPS) Team, part of Nuclear Engineering & E3S Analysis. The team’s mission is to ensure that reliability, maintainability, supportability and plant availability are embedded throughout the SMR design lifecycle. They shape how the power station will be operated, maintained and supported, ensuring it remains safe, efficient and cost‑effective across its full lifetime. Your work will directly influence design decisions, outage strategies, maintenance planning, and the development of the wider support solution.
