We are Rolls Royce SMR, the future of nuclear power generation in the UK, and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner for our Engineering Directorate. The role is a fixed 12‑month contract, commencing early May (subject to vetting), and will focus on recruiting STEM specialists to support our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns for STEM disciplines.
- Recruit at least 120 professional/specialist hires per year with minimal agency support.
- Manage and meet SLA targets for recruitment activities.
- Post job ads and maintain a consistent presence on social media.
- Show the highest levels of candidate and hiring team care and engagement.
Qualifications
- Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner with proven experience.
- Ability to start in early May (subject to vetting).
- Willing and able to commute to Manchester and/or Warrington, spending at least one full day in the office each week.
- Experience in recruiting STEM disciplines – engineering is preferred.
- Experience delivering 120+ hires per year with minimal agency use.
- Strong candidate and hiring team care and engagement skills.
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, DBS clearance, and basic financial probity check.
