Rolls - Royce SMR seeks a qualified Commercial Lawyer to join its small legal team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including standard terms of business, NDAs, MoUs, preliminary transaction agreements, and bespoke services and supply-side agreements.
