Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Head of New Part Introduction (NPI) to lead end-to-end NPI across the global supply chain, aligning with engineering releases, customer programmes, commercial commitments and long-term strategy.
You will manage up to nine direct reports, establish governance with standardised frameworks (APQP, PPAP), drive regulatory and quality readiness, and act as the primary integrator across functions and suppliers to industrialise and deliver on time to cost and quality targets.
