The appointment of a Head of Industrialisation Model is a pivotal point in our development as they be accountable for the central coordination, integration and maturation of the Industrialisation Model, ensuring it operates as a coherent, scalable system for delivering RR SMR powerplants. Leading a team of 10–20 people directly, while also influencing and driving delivery across a broader network of 100–150 individuals, this will include:
- Developing and owning our Industrialisation capability strategy across People, Processes and Tools - ensuring this supports delivery at scale, and across multiple geographies.
- Being the central point of contact for, and interface with, the Delivery Advisory Committee, curating and architecting the bi-annual reviews and interim deep dive and red team engagements, administering the utilisation of DAC members across Industrialisation and Delivery.
- Leading workforce planning, resource modelling and organisational design for the Industrialisation Programme and Operations & Supply Chain.
- Establishing, and maintaining, governance for Industrialisation Model development, assurance and change control.
- Defining and maintaining a unified capability framework aligned to the Industrialisation Model.
We seek an influential and resilient leader, with demonstrable experience within large, complex engineering programmes (e.g. nuclear, defence, aerospace or energy) that showcases your understanding of how integrated models underpin safe, compliant and scalable delivery. We will need your application to showcase your experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Leading the integration of complex delivery models across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Programme functions.
- Defining and operating governance frameworks that ensure model completeness, consistency, maturity and controlled evolution.
- Translating complex, multi-disciplinary content into clear, structured and usable outputs, ensuring broad organisational understanding and adoption.
- Coordinating multiple SMEs, functions and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, resolving inconsistencies, and converging on a single coherent approach.

Location & Ways of Working: This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard, with regular supplier travel required. Some international travel may also be required depending on supplier activity.

- A salary between £85,600 and £117,300 depending on experience.
