You will coach, mentor, and train process owners & continuous improvement practitioners and other team members, ensuring they are proficient in continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Leadership responsibilities for strategic deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring/training process owners other quality practitioners. Master Black belt. Drives efficiencies aligned to business priorities. Supporting other business-related quality initiatives and activities as the organisation continues to mature Applying best practice tools and techniques across the function. Development and deployment of the continuous improvement strategic direction. Providing strategic continuous improvement leadership expertise through influencing, coaching, mentoring of process owners and other continuous improvement practitioners throughout the business.
