Working alongside the already established Quality Department, this role plays a critical role in driving, establishing and implementing continuous improvement throughout the Rolls-Royce SMR Business In this role you will be accountable for developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies, aligning them with organizational goals and driving strategic change and meeting best practices through improvement and quality excellence. You will coach, mentor, and train process owners & continuous improvement practitioners and other team members, ensuring they are proficient in continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Leadership responsibilities for strategic deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring/training process owners other quality practitioners. Master Black belt. Drives efficiencies aligned to business priorities. Supporting other business-related quality initiatives and activities as the organisation continues to mature Applying best practice tools and techniques across the function. Development and deployment of the continuous improvement strategic direction. Providing strategic continuous improvement leadership expertise through influencing, coaching, mentoring of process owners and other continuous improvement practitioners throughout the business. Lean Six Sigma Master Black belt Degree Qualified in relevant discipline IT skills covering Access, Excel, Word and outlook Familiar with and experienced in using web-based applications/software Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) Member.
