The Team

The Governance and Process team sits at the heart of our Engineering function, shaping how work gets done across a rapidly growing organisation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Capability Lead – Process Innovation to work with the Capability Lead – Governance and Process to embed the next generation of engineering processes and ways of working, building scalable, data‑driven, digitally enabled processes that support long‑term programme success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development and deployment of innovative engineering processes and operating models that improve delivery performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of digital and data‑led approaches, identifying opportunities to automate activities, improve visibility and enable better decision‑making through performance insights.
  • Champion continuous improvement by testing, refining and evolving processes based on feedback, performance measures and emerging business needs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience architecting ways of working across people, process, data, tools and performance.
  • Experience taking process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation, adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of process design methodologies, systems thinking, enterprise architecture and digital tools and data analytics.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus around new approaches.

Benefits

  • Salary between £60,000-£78,750 per annum.
  • Performance‑related bonus target 12.5%.
  • Benefits allowance £2,200 per annum.
