Key Responsibilities and Required Experience
- Source and manage the Rolls‑Royce global supply chain to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with functional processes, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Create and manage commercial frameworks to optimise supplier performance and value.
- Run strategic sourcing events including tenders and RFIs/RFQs.
- Lead purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) activities and reporting.
- Manage supplier relationships and support continuous improvement within assigned categories or projects.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel and MS Office skills for cost modelling and analysis.
Mandatory Experience, Training or Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Ideally MCIPS qualified or working towards it.
- Proven understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
Beneficial Experience, Training or Qualifications
- Experience within procurement, purchasing, commercial or supply chain environments—across any industry or sector.
- Familiarity with sourcing documentation and supplier interaction, including RFIs, RFQs or tender processes.
- Understanding of contractual arrangements, either locally or internationally.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills to assess supplier proposals and deliver best value.
