What You’ll Be Doing: (We know you might not have a background in Project Management just yet, but we’d love to hear your passion for planning and organisation!)
Project Planning & Coordination: Get hands-on experience in developing detailed project plans, setting timelines, and making sure everyone knows what they’re doing and when.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned, motivated, and working towards the same goal.
Monitoring & Reporting: Keep a close eye on project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on timelines, budgets, and project performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Learn how to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone updated and satisfied.

Requirements for the role:

  • GCSE grade 4/C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
  • Left full time education.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Must not have a similar qualification at a high level.

Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £20,706 plus:-

  • Pension – 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
  • Holidays – 28 days holiday (+ public holidays).
  • Private Medical Insurance – BUPA single cover health care
  • £250 – One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
