Key Deliverables
- Lead the delivery of high‐quality document and records management across a complex, highly regulated environment.
- Drive consistency and compliance in document lifecycle processes, standards, metadata structures, and configuration control.
- Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders, guiding teams and suppliers on documentation expectations, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring evidence is complete, traceable, and compliant with nuclear quality standards.
What This Role Offers You
This is a highly visible, impactful role ideal for someone who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys shaping standards, improving systems, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
We’re looking for:
- Experience in Document Control or Records Management within nuclear, defence, or other regulated high‐integrity industries.

- Clear, confident stakeholder communication and the ability to support others in applying complex standards.
Equivalent experience is welcome even if it doesn’t follow a traditional route.

A salary between £42,000 - £55,150, £2,200 benefit allowance, 12.5% bonus opportunity, 6x pensionable life assurance, 50% income protection, 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and a £250 new‐joiner payment—alongside opportunities for development and progression.
