We’re shaping the future of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and customer-facing solutions to enable innovation and resilience across the organisation.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead high-impact programmes within our DigIT portfolio, specifically on project Fermi next phase, and other enterprise focused work programmes. • Drive benefits tracking and realisation, outcome delivery, and dependency management.
  • Ensure smooth transition of technical deliverables into operations.
  • Provide clarity and governance around finance and programme processes.

  • Proven expertise in programme management within complex, fast-paced environments, with exceptional planning and communication skills.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing ability, including experience in customer-facing transformation programmes and operational contexts such as cybersecurity.
  • Strong financial governance and risk management capability, combined with proactive handling of dependencies across large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • A self-driven, autonomous leader who can seamlessly blend technical and business objectives to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • High IT proficiency and technical delivery experience, ensuring successful integration of business and technology solutions.

What’s in it for you

You’ll have the chance to work on challenging, high-impact programmes where your expertise will make a real difference. This role offers genuine autonomy and responsibility, empowering you to deliver outcomes and shape the success of major initiatives. You’ll play a key part in influencing organisational transformation and building strong stakeholder relationships, all while collaborating within a supportive team culture that values growth and development.

The salary band for this role is £73,100 - £95,944, dependent on the skills, values, and knowledge you bring. We also offer excellent benefits including:

  • Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
  • Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
  • £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking organisation that values transparency, fairness, and innovation. We offer:
