The design and delivery of the Rolls-Royce SMR Power Station demands strict management of our Rolls-Royce SMR information within our Common Data Environment, to ensure data is accurate, controlled, accessible, and compliant with ISO19650.
- Administer and manage our Bentley ProjectWise CDE platform.
- Act as the "procedural gatekeeper" to ensure all project information, including Building Information Models (BIM), complies with ISO 19650 and RRSMR processes and standards.
- Oversee, manage, and train project team members on the proper use of the CDE. This involves providing first-line support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating where needed.
- Implement and enforce strict RRSMR version control and naming conventions for all documents and data within the CDE.
- Control access rights and permissions for all users to protect sensitive project information. Manage the flow of information through different stages—such as "Work in Progress," "Shared," and "Published"—based on project procedures.
- Develop and run routine reports to monitor data activity, quality, and compliance within the CDE. Use this information to produce metrics and forecasts for project stakeholders.
Salary and Package:
- We anticipate paying a salary of between £28,800-£38,000.
- Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 7%.
- Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package.
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
