Your initial focus will be Early Careers and STEM outreach but you will also have the chance to explore more areas of learning.
What You’ll Be Doing: (We know you might not have a background in learning yet, but we’d love to hear your passion for learning and for helping others to develop!)
Supporting Early Career Development:Play a key role in facilitating the delivery of learning programs that help new starters and early-career employees develop the skills they need to succeed.
Creating Impactful Resources:Help design engaging, interactive materials and resources tailored to our early career’s population and STEM events.
Facilitating setup of STEM events:We want to get the message of Rolls-Royce SMR and nuclear out there and educate young people. You will help us do this by facilitating our attendance at STEM and career events.
Tracking Progress & Feedback:Particularly of our STEM events so we can measure our impact.
Collaborating: We are a highly collaborative team, and we’ll want you to share. We want to hear your fresh ideas in meetings!
