Senior Project Manager - CEZ Programme
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Programme Manager, Plant Delivery, and lead a team of Project Managers within the CEZ Programme at Rolls‑Royce SMR.
The role is based in a hybrid working arrangement from one of our offices in Derby, Manchester or Warrington.
The Programme Management team drives complex projects, stakeholder governance, and strategic planning.
In this role you will shape a key customer programme through integrated delivery, governance, resource planning and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead programme mobilisation activities and integrate new contracts into the CEZ Programme.
- Define and coordinate critical interfaces across programme workstreams and stakeholders.
- Drive governance, approvals and assurance activities through the Integrated Approvals and Assurance Plan.
- Manage programme‑wide resources, risks, issues and reporting to support successful delivery.
Qualifications
- A recognised Project Management qualification (e. g. APM PMQ) or equivalent professional experience delivering complex projects.
- Experience leading projects and programmes within engineering, infrastructure, construction or similar technical environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and facilitating challenging conversations.
- Knowledge of project controls, scheduling and reporting tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, SAP or similar platforms.
- How You’ll Work
The role offers flexibility by design, including part‑time working options. Travel, including international visits, may be required and will be planned sensibly.

- Bonus: up to 12.5%
- Pension: 12% employer and 6% employee contributions
