Location: Hybrid, based from one of our offices in Derby, Manchester or Warrington.
Salary: £30,000.00 - £39,400.00 dependent on skills, values, and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare high‑quality documents, presentations and correspondence to support senior leaders.
- Manage expenses, purchase orders and administrative processes efficiently and accurately.
- Support events and collaborate with Executive Assistants across the organisation to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- Solid foundation in administration (e.g., GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent) and relevant experience supporting senior leaders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Confidence using business systems and tools, and collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes.
