  • Ensure site‑specific design solutions remain aligned with the generic Rolls‑Royce SMR design and broader programme requirements.
  • Support the development and management of physical adaptation and variant requirements for deployment across different sites, customers and global regions.
  • Work closely with project management teams to define resource requirements and ensure successful delivery of engineering outputs.
  • Support construction readiness, site development and integration activities to ensure engineering solutions are practical and deployable.
  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of key power station attributes, including site characteristics, constructability, programme performance and cost targets.
  • Support engagement with customers, regulators, business development teams and strategic partners as required.
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are embedded throughout all designated engineering activities.
  • Support integration of engineering outputs into supply chain, operations and delivery organisations.
