In this context, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Programme Director and wider directorate. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities and organisational impact.
We’ll need you to:
- Coordinating complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple stakeholders
- Preparing high‑quality documents, presentations and correspondence to support senior leaders
- Managing expenses, purchase orders and administrative processes efficiently and accurately
- Supporting events and collaborating with Executive Assistants across the organisation to ensure alignment
What you’ll bring
This is a high‑impact role where you’ll bring sound judgement, adaptability and a collaborative approach, alongside the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
We’re particularly interested in:
- A solid foundation in administration (e.g. GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent), with relevant experience supporting senior leaders

- Confidence using business systems and tools, and collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes
