Key Responsibilities
- Lead organization‑wide change management processes through training, coaching, and continuous support.
- Manage design baselines, Bills of Materials, authorized changes, and configuration maturity.
- Integrate components, assemblies and systems across discipline boundaries.
- Develop best‑in‑class configuration processes, tools, reporting, and analytics, including interfaces with BIM.
Essential Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in engineering, systems, configuration or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable industry experience.
- Experience leading change control, managing baselines and applying configuration governance in complex engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of configuration tools, data structures, product breakdown structures, and interfacing with BIM or digital engineering systems.
Location
Hybrid working, with regular attendance expected at one of the primary sites: Derby, Manchester or Warrington.
