The Programme Manager is responsible for the planning, delegation, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project, and the motivation of those involved, to achieve the project’s objectives / output with the expected performance targets of time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risks, this will be supporting the Electrical Business within Rolls-Royce Solutions UK. What you will be doing: Accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for a defined package of work within the project Secure and manage the provision of resources needed for projects from internal and/or external providers Responsible for the creation and management of an integrated set of plans / schedules. Develop and secure budgets for the project(s) and control the forecast and actual costs against the allocated budget Establish, develop and maintain the documentation necessary to deliver the package(s) of work within the project. Act as the focal point and escalation route for all aspects related to the packages of work within the project. Provide information necessary to make management decisions to the key stakeholders. Identify, address and resolve differences between individuals and / or interest groups Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made. Ensure the implementation of company management processes are effective
