Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager primarily based in East Grinstead but also considering candidates from Bristol, Derby, or Winsford. In this role, you will partner with the local leadership team to manage budgets and financial forecasting. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing the performance and strategic planning of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience along with an ACA, ACCA, or AMCA qualification. Strong ERP and IFRS knowledge is essential, and proficiency in Hyperion or similar consolidation tools is preferred. This permanent position supports a hybrid work model.
