Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) Head of Planning.
- Ensure accurate reporting of MBU inventory and compliance with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) measures.
- Monitor adherence to financial inventory control processes and ERP compliance guidelines.
- Aggregate and analyse production and supply plans across 13 manufacturing facilities.
- Serve as point of contact for excess inventory applications across the MBU, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place.
- Provide planning support for ad‑hoc scenarios linked to demand changes.
- Liaise with planning and control teams across all 13 manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills – primarily Excel and SAP.
- Experience working in an operational manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of load and capacity planning.
- Experience with production scheduling, work‑in‑progress (WIP) management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of product introduction processes and their interaction with manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
