An exciting opportunity has become available for a VP Digital Services to join our RRPF team in London. Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is an engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 engines, providing medium and long term leasing solutions for spare engines. RRPF supports over 75 customers worldwide and has over 900 engines owned and managed across the broader portfolio.

The VP Digital Services is a Senior Manager role, responsible for building and scaling RRPF’s digital services portfolio as a commercial, customer-facing capability with financial, regulatory, and strategic ownership.

What you will be doing:

  • Own P&L, pricing models, and commercial performance of digital software and services.
  • Lead product, delivery, and customer-facing teams across multiple aviation programs.
  • Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, MROs, lessors, and data providers.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO) in digital solutions.
  • Drive innovation roadmap including AI, automation, and data platform capabilities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Preferred requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, digital services, or technology‐focused environments.
  • Senior leadership experience in digital services or software‐based businesses.
  • P&L ownership experience with a track record of delivering sustainable growth.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory environments (e.g., EASA, FAA, CAA).
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross‐functional teams across global locations.
  • Experience in data‐driven decision‐making and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Background in customer‐facing service delivery or aftermarket support.
  • Experience shaping and executing long‐term strategic roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, including customers, regulators, and partners.
  • Familiarity with contract management, commercial negotiations, and long‐term service agreements.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to interpret complex technical, commercial, and operational information.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working within highly regulated or safety‐critical industries.
  • Strong financial literacy and ability to support business case development.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
