Accountabilities
- Manage end‑to‑end UK visa and immigration processes, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Student, and other visa routes.
- Act as a Level 1 user on the Sponsor Management System (SMS), where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations and sponsor licence duties, including reporting changes through relevant systems.
- Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration legislation and communicate updates through internal systems.
- Advise people partners and business stakeholders on UK immigration matters such as eligibility, requirements, immigration policies and cost.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and maintain accurate immigration records.
- Conduct right‑to‑work checks in line with Home Office guidance.
- Update existing content of internal knowledge articles on business travel immigration and create new articles where gaps arise.
- Provide training and guidance to people partners, UK recruitment team and business stakeholders on immigration compliance.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audit and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support group projects.
- Serve as an escalation point for employees.
- Support the Immigration Lead with global business travel immigration work as required.
- Develop technology enhancements and reporting relating to UK immigration.
Vendor Management
- Ensure service provider delivery on all business travel visa and work permit applications, including tracking service provider performance through set KPIs.
- Manage vendor costs efficiently and identify opportunities to optimise costs and improve service efficiency.
- Produce regular reports and insights on vendor performance, including costs and KPI performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the global mobility team related to business traveller and immigration.
