The Senior Vice President (SVP) Partners is responsible for leading and optimizing strategic partnership relationships with Rolls‑Royce’s largest suppliers and partner ecosystems. The role drives value creation, ensures long‑term operational alignment, mitigates risks, and secures favorable commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for managing RRSP relationships and joint operations agreements.
  • Drive financial optimisation, cost efficiency and revenue growth while ensuring strong contractual compliance.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks in long‑term partner agreements.
  • Lead high‑stakes negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms and risk‑sharing agreements.
  • Foster innovation and operational improvements within partner ecosystems.
  • Implement lifecycle‑cost optimisation initiatives to enhance ROI.
  • Establish performance‑management frameworks to monitor partner compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Align partner strategies with corporate goals and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance procurement, contracting and operational processes for agility, transparency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
  • Extensive experience managing a portfolio of critical high‑value suppliers (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Aerospace).
  • Strong track record in developing long‑term partnership strategies focused on mutual growth, innovation and resilience.
  • Demonstrated measurable cost savings through ownership, optimisation and cost modelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder‑management skills to drive alignment and value.
  • Passion for driving innovation to support long‑term business strategy.
  • High operational excellence in quality, compliance, regulatory and commercial domains.
