This role sits at the heart of the Civil Aerospace business, working closely with the Director of Portfolio Planning and the leadership team to drive performance across operational and investment planning, ensure forecast alignment with long‑term strategy and maximise value for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Programme manage key strategic Portfolio Planning priorities such as Demand Planning improvement, reporting to the CEO at regular intervals.
  • Collaborate across teams and Civil Aerospace to ensure an integrated approach across SIOP, S&OE and Demand Planning.
  • Lead programme marketing of the Portfolio Planning team’s work across Civil Aerospace and the Group enterprise to ensure understanding of decisions and improvements.
  • Manage the annual calendar for the team in accordance with the Civil Aerospace Leadership Team (CALT) and Group core meetings, preparing presentations, papers and agendas for key meetings and events.
  • Capture, organise and follow‑up on actions and outcomes from leadership team meetings, and prepare monthly CEO Board Report inputs.
  • Complete day‑to‑day tasks for the Director – Portfolio Planning and first line as required.
  • Support the Director – Portfolio Planning and wider leadership team on specific data analyses, project work and preparation of presentations and papers.

  • Competence in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
