As we now enter our Industrialisation phase, we seek a Supply Chain Manager – Emerging Markets, reporting to our Senior Supply Chain Manager – Customer Programme & Planning. You'll manage Emerging Market strategies and relationships that support delivery of our key Business and Strategy Team objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead account- and relationship-management with our target Customers
- Plan, develop and deliver our Emerging Markets Operations Procurement and Supply Chain strategy
- Ensure category, operational, and key supplier strategies meet customer requirements and deliverables as part of the wider Operations and Procurement functions
- Meet and exceed KPIs aligned with Customer Satisfaction and specific in-contract performance measures
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the supply markets, supplier capabilities, technology, processes, and geography of the service line
What you will bring:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of supply chain management
- Demonstrable experience of managing UK and International external Customers
- The ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and implement changes within a customer environment without any detrimental impact
- Skill in managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner

Location & Ways of Working:
This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard, with regular domestic and international travel required.
