Position qualifications:
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within a complex, high‑technology environment
- Strong understanding of cost reduction methodologies, technology readiness frameworks (TRL/BRL/ERL), and business case development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technology‑driven cost and productivity improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in process analysis and improvement
Desirable:
- Experience with Rolls‑Royce systems (e.g., CRISP, ICOST)
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in deploying large‑scale technology programmes (e.g., SAMULET, MUSIC)
