This is a demanding but rewarding role and you will be joining the team at a challenging and exciting time. You will provide 24x7x365 coverage of the R-R IT estate looking at event data for systems and clients. Daily checks are performed looking at IT health across the global estate. Support and where needed, supporting on Major Incident Management calls with the Ecosytem suppliers to ensure rapid recovery. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.**What you will be doing:*** Take care of the ITOC ticket queue and allocated tickets.* Be effective in detecting, triaging, escalating and tracking IT events through to resolution.* Working closely with supporting third parties to ensure events have the correct ownership and are progressed to resolution.* Management of daily IT Operation checklists, system schedules and service reports.* Escalate and communicate service events in a timely, effective and professional manner.**Who we’re looking for**At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
