Rolls-Royce Compression Systems invites a Head of Lean to join our senior leadership team on a full-time basis. The role reports to the EVP Manufacturing and can be based at Inchinnan, Derby or Washington, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days on site).
You will shape, deploy and sustain our Lean / Operational Excellence strategy, translating enterprise priorities into practical production system improvements while coaching leaders, driving governance cadence, and delivering sustainable outcomes.
