Global TA Operations & Change Manager

Hybrid - minimum 3 days on site; Full Time.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Global TA Operations & Change Manager to join the Resourcing Services Team in Derby.

We are looking for a leader who has a passion for recruitment excellence.

This role will partner across our global team and with our outsourced service providers to ensure effective governance, policy adherence and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and governing best practice through the end-to-end recruitment processes, reporting, compliance and policy management.
  • Engaging, developing and managing successful operational customer and stakeholder relationships both globally and regionally, including first point of contact for operational recruitment escalations & issue resolution.
  • Establishing an effective and agile governance model which drives continuous improvement programmes from identification through to implementation and stabilisation.
  • Effective partnership with our regional recruitment outsourced provision, including responsibility for the development, evolution and management of market leading service level agreements and performance indicators.
  • Recruitment operations performance improvement programme lead when required.
  • Partnering with Procurement to ensure effective supplier compliance against our global contract of services with a regional lens, including expansion or reduction of services, commerciality and ROI.
  • Governance of operational and legislative compliance including export control, GDPR, data protection etc., and operational risk management and maintenance of risk register.
  • Partnership and collaboration to support strategic change programmes in support of our 2030 People Goals.
  • Partnering with broader GBS colleagues including People Services teams, Operations, Transformation and HRIS team to lead the operationalisation of GBS strategy through the end-to-end recruitment processes.

Examples may include Workday optimisation, Service Now provision, Engine Room development.

  • Preferred Requirements
  • Extensive Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational talent acquisition best practice, business assurance processes, policy management, legislation and compliance.
  • Strong leadership experience in a Talent Acquisition organisation.
  • Previous experience of successfully managing relationships with recruitment outsource providers.
  • Understanding of permanent and contingent hire processes, policies and legislation.
  • Technical and operational expertise of RPO contract management & negotiation, key performance indicators/service level agreements, commercial management and ROI, RPO governance best practice & supplier negotiation.
  • Commitment to delivering the best customer experience through talent acquisition processes.
  • Broad change management & project management capability.
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively to deliver change across a global environment.
  • Well developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills - ability to provide key meaningful insights and drive change through a value led approach.
  • Continual commitment to personal learning, demonstrated ability to build on learning and share within the broader TA function.
  • Strong external recruitment knowledge & network.
  • Leading globally dispersed teams.
  • Experience using and developing processes using the Workday HRIS/ATS.
  • Experience implementing new technology into Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certified.
  • Early Careers recruitment experience both transactional and campaign management.
