Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a coordinator to join our Global Mobility Team, based in Derby. Global Mobility assists with moving employees compliantly from one Country to another, this includes undertaking an international assignment, relocating permanently in another country, or travelling on business.
This role is to assist in the management of all internationally mobile employees supported by Global Mobility by providing assistance to the business and individuals and also partnering with external service providers to deliver a seamless end to end service of all aspects of the relevant move. This is a dynamic, fast paced role working with individuals globally. Whilst previous experience within Global Mobility is preferred, it is not essential as training can be provided. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in international mobility and a basic understanding or appreciation of the different aspects.

What you will be doing:
- Provide support and collaborate with SMEs in the wider Global Mobility team
- Responsibility for managing a shared mailbox and ServiceNow, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Respond to routine queries and support SMEs where required
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement these
- Initiate assignment cases with external suppliers
- Review and approve expense claims to ensure they are within policy
- Review and approve invoices from external suppliers
Who we’re looking for:
- Problem solver: Each scenario and move that the Global Mobility team manage is unique, therefore it is often necessary to problem solve 'on the go' to overcome any challenges that we encounter.
- Cultural awareness: You are likely to be working with individuals from different cultures, therefore should have an awareness of cultural differences and how these can be effectively managed in a workplace setting.
- Experience of Microsoft Office, HR related systems or other database related systems.
- Strong communication skills: It is critical to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure that key information is clearly communicated.
- Strong personal organisation skills and ability to work under own initiative.
- Team player: Support other team members with knowledge sharing to address specific deadlines or projects.
