It\’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement.As a minimum we\’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.**What you will be doing*** Working with group Digital leaders and Defence senior sponsors to ensure a deployment roadmap of digital capabilities that drive near-term and long-term value in line with the Group and Division strategy and objectives.* Work with product managers, architects, project managers, business analysts, subject matter experts, end users, ecosystem partners and digital suppliers to ensure deployment of Defence-differentiated applications.* Provide business direction and decision-making to the delivery teams to ensure right-first-time application deployment to time and cost, and to eliminate barriers to delivery.* Aid the end-user communities in ensuring change management, acceptance testing, training, onboarding, support model and continuous product development are provided to ensure user adoption, and long-term technology utilisation and process alignment.* Maintain a clear view with other product owners across the total technology landscape to ensure harmonious delivery of related and dependent technologies, maximising synergies and removing barriers.* Applying an innovation mindset to discover, develop and deliver market-leading digital customer solutions.**Who we’re looking for****Essential Requirements*** Vibrant team player.* Experienced in identifying then leading and driving improvements to priority areas of the business.* Committed to creating value to the business using digital technologies.* Evidence a strong stakeholder network.* Ability to influence senior stakeholders to influence change throughout organisation.* Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatism, focusing on delivery.* Excellent communicator at all levels and able to rationalise complex information (both high level and detailed level) to make it understandable for others to work with. Conveys information and ideas clearly, accurately and persuasively.**Preferred Requirements*** Digital product experience over a range of projects and programmes (size/scope, cost, duration etc).* Understanding of the full project/programme delivery lifecycle and experience of DevOps, waterfall and agile methodologies.* Leadership skills to coordinate across diverse and complex cross-functional groups.* Authority to take complex and high-value decisions on behalf of the business.* Business Acumen – Driven by business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go to market strategy, performance measures and financial metrics.We are an equal opportunities employer.
