We are looking to add a Digital Finance Information Specialist to the team on a permanent full-time basis. You can be based at any of our UK locations.

What you will be doing:
- Use technical skills to enable the development, test and ongoing support of reporting and planning systems based on the following tools and skills sets:
- HFM, DRM and VBM Finance systems
- Data Warehousing (e.g. SAP BW) / Data Modelling
- Data integration (Fabric / Databricks)
- SAP BW query writing
- Data Security
- Master Data Management
- Working with Finance data and processes
- Customer service skills
- BI Report writing
- Develop or have knowledge on Rolls‑Royce IT structures and processes
- Knowledge of or willingness to develop skills in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in data warehousing and a desire to further develop these skills
- Experience with HFM, DRM and VBM Finance systems
- Highly customer focused and agile in responding to customer needs
- Experience operating in a high‑performance team and culture
- Logical, analytical and innovative mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills to meet customer needs quickly
- Willingness to learn new capabilities on the fly
- Appetite for driving innovation and change across the business
- Good communication skills, confident and flexible approach, able to work to meet tight deadlines
- Appreciation of finance processes and data (preferred)
- Existing knowledge of Rolls‑Royce Business Units (preferred)
