Rolls‑Royce is recruiting a Customer Business Manager for its Civil Aerospace Customer and Business Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer on priorities ranging from improvement activities, business communications, team engagement and key issues as they arise.
  • Manage business priorities in conjunction with business sponsors and report KPIs across all levels of leadership.
  • Coordinate and develop commercial excellence initiatives to drive business growth and profitability across the team.
  • Distill complex narratives into simple, meaningful communications to engage and align senior leadership, maximizing strategic decision making.
  • Coordinate with other Civil Aerospace and Group divisions on key topics affecting customers and commercial optimisation.
  • Manage Customer and Business Development Leadership Team governance and key meetings for strategy, performance and change topics.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the Chief Customer Officer within the Customer Team and Business Development Team.
