What you will be doing:

  • Provide an efficient and timely Commercial Management service, managing our contractual commitment alongside internal stakeholders for our global external customer base.
  • Manage profit, cash and debt relating to allocated contracts to ensure that financial targets are achieved and to provide timely and accurate inputs into the financial forecasting process.
  • Manage resolution of customer issues, claims, and disputes to minimise cost and risk to the company.
  • Draft, negotiate and agree associated commercial settlements and offer letters and/or contractual amendments as necessary.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and liabilities inherent in contracts and propose and negotiate amendments to manage, minimise or mitigate such risks or liabilities whilst achieving expected financial returns.
  • Complete TotalCare reconciliations, manage invoicing and issuing of credits.
  • Interface with specialist departments within the company to obtain advice and guidance, evaluate such advice and thereafter develop pragmatic solutions to complex, multi-dimensional issues to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of relevant Customer Regional Team objectives in line with Business Plan Deployment, while demonstrating compliance with Commercial / General Counsel function and business policies and procedures.
  • Complete business approvals in accordance with applicable business policies and procedures and support customer visits as required.

  • Comfortable dealing with numerical tasks, ambiguity and demonstrate good problem-solving skills (including some financial analysis).
  • Able to overcome challenges to meet goals and deliver results.
