As a Business Lead in Services, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and business performance across our dedicated teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize business processes, and support the strategic growth of our department. What you will be doing
This role offers the chance to drive financial performance, influence strategic decisions, and support key stakeholders. As a Business Controller, you will ensure the accuracy of financial data, forecast trends, and provide insightful analysis to support our business plans.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyzing and reporting on performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Streamlining processes and introducing digital solutions
- Developing financial models for decision-making
- Preparing reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with controls and policies
- Supporting business continuity activities
